Serving on the Executive Board as Vice President for the Atlanta Chapter of AIGA, the professional association for design. Leading up efforts for the chapter's inaugural Atlanta Design Week (www.atlantadesignweek.com) held to raise awareness of design in Atlanta in the business community as well as in regional and national design communities across the U.S. Efforts included branding, online marketing, guerrilla marketing and print efforts which resulted in an official proclamation of recognition from the city of Atlanta as well as recognition for the week and the Atlanta AIGA chapter at the opening of the 2007 HOW Design Conference.

Head of creative for 10-year-old, integrated marketing and design firm. Leading design and concepting, client presentations, business development, and development and organization of department structure and company marketing efforts. These efforts resulted in streamlined internal planning and resourcing as well as external raised awareness and increased inbound leads and employment inquiries.

Head of creative at nationally recognized, award-winning interactive firm. Developed creative department from the ground up. Leading and continued development of creative team, including department process structuring and creative growth programs to organize and educate team members. Implemented creative strategies that resulted in an average billable productivity rate of 75% for the department, and 300% increase in company awards recognition in both national and international design competitions such as the ADDY Awards, Web Marketing Awards, and the Webby Awards.
DESIGN CONSULTANT. Strategic Agenda Media. London, England. (Autumn 2003)
Lead creative consultant on media publishing venture for a series of satirical guide books. Duties included concepting for both Strategic Agenda Media itself and upcoming book brand. Logo, web and print design as well as consulting for further brand marketing efforts were also entailed.

Creative lead in research, conceptualization, and design for implementation. Responsibilities include branding and identity work, web design and layout, flash animation, digital illustration, print design, concepting and implementation of: promotional materials, email campaigns, direct marketing campaigns, and television commercials. Spearheaded internal identity redesign and marketing efforts resulting in an increased company presence in the market.

Interactive designer and lead creative whose duties included creating identities (logo/branding design), interactive web site design, Flash animation, collaborative work, company research, client meetings, and creative presentations for companies nationwide.
