Client Challenge Redesign a lengthy, wealth management questionnaire to increase percentage
of completion of form by clients.
Solution To make the large amount of information more manageable to the busy, 55+ target filling out the
questionnaire, a theme to organize and explain the goal of the questionnaire was developed. The questionnaire was titled
"Equinox" which paired the equilibrium of nature with the balance achieved through planned, managed wealth. An icon system
was developed to take the client through the different stages of wealth management, segmented by the "season" of life to which each
question corresponded. The result was a success with higher percentage completion and a second print run of the questionnaire.
